Punchneedle is great fun! Learn how to thread a punchneedle, what kind of thread and fabric to use, and how to stitch. The cost is $25 plus supplies.

Learn the basics of quilting in this info-packed class!

Michelle will discuss fabric choice, measuring, cutting, seam allowance, and much more while you make a table runner. You get to choose the block (or blocks) you want to include in your runner. The cost is $125 plus supplies.

Make a pillowcase and help a child feel better to heal better!

Come to Cotton Weeds and make a pillowcase (or 2) for kids in the hospital who could use an emotional boost. This event is free-- bring your own supplies or purchase a pillowcase kit here.

Sew, sew, sew all day long with us here at Cotton Weeds and finish the day with a fun quilt lecture.

Bring projects to work on while chatting the day away with other sewists. Lunch is included, as well as a historical quilt lecture by Kathy Kenny about ``Pins and Needles``.
The cost is $25.

Can't make it all day to sew but want to hear the lecture? Join us at 5pm!

Kathy Kenny will be bringing us the fascinating history of pins, needles, and pincushions. We'll hear about how pin storage varied through the years, why the tomato symbol is used for the pincushion, and all about the Festival of the Broken Needle! She will also be showcasing a variety of rare children's quilts. The cost is $15 to attend the lecture only.

All classes are nonrefundable unless Cotton Weeds cancels the class. Please check dates and times before signing up. Please also make sure that your sewing machine is in good working order, and you know how to use it.
